All engineered plans are stamped. We use 100% steel other than composite decking applications. We use a higher grade G90 galvanized steel framing structure than the standard 18 gauge TREX® Elevations other deck builders use. All welding is certified. All custom railing is built by hand in-shop. We use Helical Piers or caissons for superior strength and durability to support your structure. When wood is used (e.g., porch covers, etc.), all exposed beams and rafters are at least 3 inch thick Douglas Fir.
